Registration Categories
The following categories are for definition purposes only and are to help an attendee understand what category that should register under. If you have any question as to the category that you should register with, please contact StageOne Events at 916-245-3504.
Attorney: An “Attorney” is an active member of the bar and currently practicing law. Retired attorneys may also register under this category provided they are not currently working for a company that would fall under either of the “Vendor” categories.
Additional Vendor/Sponsor Tickets: A Vendor or Sponsor is a company that has paid to either Exhibit at the 2024 conference or has purchased a 2024 Sponsorship and is looking to add additional staff members beyond what is included with your packages.
Non-Sponsoring Vendor: A “Non-Sponsoring Vendor” is a company or someone that represents a company, either as an employee, contractor or in any other capacity, that sells their services to the legal profession. Generally, this is anyone interested in attending the conference for any reason other than to obtain continuing education in Workers’ Comp.
Primary Speaker: A “Primary Speaker” is someone that has been invited to speak at the conference and is listed on the conference agenda. If you are, or believe you are, a Primary Speaker, please contact your Speaker Coordinator with StageOne Events (this will be the person you have been working with) to obtain your registration “Comp Code” that will allow you to register free of charge.
Sitting Judge: If you’re not sure what a “Sitting Judge” is or if you are one, probably you aren’t. This category is specifically priced to include the anticipated cost for the food and beverage that will be included with all other conference passes but does not account for any of the other costs (space rental, audio visual, show management, etc.).
