Exhibit Booth Pricing

Pricing

• Through February 9, 2024: $1,000 per booth
• After February 9, 2024: $1,400 per booth
• Additional Booth space for the same vendor: $800*

*Additional Booths will be inline and next to the original booth and do not include additional passes. If you need more than 2 booths, or would like to do something special, please contact us.

All booths will be approximately 10 feet by 10 feet in size and will include a back drape standing approximately 8 feet tall and side drapes standing approximately 3 feet tall.  Booths will include one 6 foot table with 2 chairs and one (1) full conference pass and standard internet access.  Booth’s are not carpeted. Carpet and power may be available through the venue at an additional cost.

Please Note: If you purchase a stand alone Exhibit Booth, your purchase includes one (1) full conference pass.
