Friday will focus on General Florida Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), while Monday-Thursday will focus on the areas of practice listed below. Remember that, once registered, you are able to attend any and all sessions being offered for this conference. All sessions, based on presenter approval, will be availabe to view for 30-days following the conference and will be submitted ot the Bar for “Online Program” approval but will be made availbe for viewing regardless of Bar CLE approval.

Policies & General Information
Educational Content: While anyone is welcome to join our conference and the materials may be relevant to many other fields, all content for this conference is primarily aimed at an audience of FL State Bar attorneys practicing in the fields outlined on our agenda.
Conference Materials: The MCLE Network will provide all conference materials digitally, in a printable PDF format, prior to the conference via the internet for registered attendees – a link to all materials provided by the presenters will be emailed to paid attendees two days prior to the conference along with credentials for accessing the materials.
Attendance & Session CLE/BLSE Credit: Your conference registration will allow you access to all conference sessions and any recordings that may be made available after the sessions. This conference is a Live Virtual Conference to allow for attendee/speaker interaction and Q&A sessions. While we submit all session to the bar as a “Live Webcast” we will also submit each session as an “Online Program” to allow for later viewing should you miss a session. CLE/BLSE Credits are determined solely by The Florida Bar department of Legal Specialization and Education department and are not in the control of the MCLE Network or its staff. Only after approval by the Florida Bar will sessions be market as approved and what they are approved for on the conference agenda.
Cancellations: The MCLE Network will retain an administrative fee of $50 on all cancellations. Once registered, the registration belongs to the attorney, not the firm or any other party regardless of who may have paid the registration fee. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by the original ticketed attendee no later than March 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST. Refund request can be sent by replying to the confirmation email that you receive after registering, or they can be emailed to MCLENetwork@gmail.com. We’re sorry, but no refunds will be granted after the cutoff.
Transfers: All transfer requests will be charged a $25 administrative fee and the difference (if any) between the price of the ticket purchased and the current ticket price at the time of transfer. Transfer requests must be received in writing no later than 7 days prior to the first day of the conference. Transfer request can be sent by replying to the confirmation email that you receive after registering – this will ensure that we have all the information that we need. Discounted tickets are only transferable to attendees that meet the conditions of the original ticket. All transfer requests must be made in writing by the original ticketed attendee and must be accompanied by a registration form for the replacement attendee.
Other Terms: In the event of technical difficulties with the conference as a whole or with an individual session or speaker, the conference or session will be rescheduled at our earliest convenience and, when allowed by the State Bar and agreed to by the speaker, will be recorded and made available for later viewing. Based on these terms, technical difficulties on the part of the conference producer or the attendee are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
Registration Categories
The following categories are for definition purposes only and are to help an attendee understand what category that should register under. If you have any question as to the category that you should register with, please Contact Us for clarification.
Attorney: An “Attorney” is an active member of the bar and currently practicing law. Retired attorneys may also register under this category.
Support Staff: “Support Staff” are usually going to be non-attorneys that work in the legal field. This could be a Paralegal, Office Manager, Accountant, or any other staff that support the day-to-day activates of an attorney or law firm. Registrants in this category are not eligible for attendance verification or CLE credit.
Speaker: A “Speaker” is someone that has been invited to speak at the conference and is listed on the conference agenda. If you are unsure if you will be presenting, please contact your Speaker Coordinator with StageOne Events or use our Contact Us form.
Sitting Judge: If you’re not sure what a “Sitting Judge” is or if you are one, probably you aren’t. This category is specifically priced to include the anticipated hard cost to deliver the conference. Should any session or the entire conference be sponsored allowing for complimentary attendance, the rate for a Sitting Judge will remain to avoid any improprieties. If you are a Judge and feel that this policy is not aligned with standard practice, please Contact Us and we will discuss revisions.
